| About Cedric Theel! A History Cedric Theel Inc. (Dodge-Toyota) is owned by Cedric, Mary, and Justin Theel. Cedric and Mary are originally from Rolla and Drayton, North Dakota respectively. Cedric attended General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan while working at the GM Assembly plant in Janesville, Wisconsin receiving a Mechanical Engineering degree. Justin Theel, General Manager and part owner, attended the University of Notre Dame and earned his degree in Business Management. He and his wife Missy have been back in Bismarck since joining Cedric Theel Inc. in 1998. Cedric and Mary owned a General Motors dealership in Bottineau, North Dakota from 1968 until 1985. They then purchased the Dodge dealership in Bismarck, North Dakota. In 1992 they purchased the Toyota franchise in Bismarck and merged it with Dodge in 1995. Cedric Theel was the North Dakota Automobile Dealer Association President in 1987 and was the North Dakota Time Quality Award winner in 1993. |

| A Message from Justin Theel, the General Manager Chrysler Five Star Award for Excellence and Toyota Presidents Award are a source of pride and satisfaction at Cedric Theel Inc. These awards are given to dealerships that have achieved a high level of customer satisfaction as rated by our customers. The credit goes to all of our employees because they are the ones who have earned it. They take a lot of pride in their workmanship. That includes everyone from the salespeople, to those in the service department, body shop, parts, office, and reconditioning. They are the ones who take the time to make sure the customer is taken care of. I stress to each of our employees to be honest and sincere with our customer and give them some piece of mind when they are dealing with us. We are not here to just simply sell and fix cars, we need to make friends and build relationships with our customers in order to gain their respect and trust. Repeat customers are a must for our business, if we don't have them we don't survive.
